The purchase of any ErotiXSite package comes with a 7-day money back guarantee. We want you to feel comfortable with our system and services. All refunds must meet the below requirements:

Firstly, we will not offer refunds without having had reasonable opportunity to address any problems you may be having.

Therefore, before asking for a refund, please contact technical support, providing a complete description of the problem you are experiencing. It is not sufficient to just say "the system doesn't work"… we will need to know what you tried to do, what it is doing (or not doing), and how that differed from what you expected.

To receive a refund you must notify our company via email with the reasons why you require a refund.

Refunds will not be accepted if the problems can be resolved by ErotiXSite within 24 hours.

All refunds must occur less than 7 days after purchase of a Package. Always.

ErotiXSite will not accept refunds of special products like domain, design, design customization, retouching, bluring photos etc.
